Diane Boston
Is a freelance trainer and management developer with many years experience. Diane worked in HR and organisational development for the Housing Corporation and was CEO at Exeter University Guild of students for 14 years. She was a founder member of what became the Association of Managers in Students’ Unions and has over 20 years experience as a charity trustee, with Student Community Action Development Unit, Exeter Drugs Project and West Devon Homes Ltd.

John Windle
Is a freelance consultant working in the areas of Management Audits, Chief Executive Recruitment, Management Training and Governance Reviews. He works with private, public, NGO's and not for profit bodies in the UK and Europe.
From 1981 – 2003 he was General Manager of Sheffield University Students’ Union. John was an active participant in the work of AMSU, including a period as chairperson of the Standing Committee and led the AMSU Quality Project. He was also a Director of NUS Services Ltd.
John has an MA in Human Resource Management and has extensive experience as a Trustee on charitable and public bodies. He recently retired after a ten year period of office as a member of Sheffield City Trust and a Board member of Sheffield International Venues Ltd.
